New Patient Info
Bateman-Gatrost Chiropractic accepts most health insurance policies. You will be greeted by a member of our friendly staff. After signing in you will be asked to present a photo ID and insurance cards.
If you haven’t downloaded and completed our New Patient paperwork, it will be given to you to complete along with any additional forms that require a signature.
After all necessary paperwork is completed you will be directed to the proper seating area.
At Bateman-Gatrost Chiropractic, all new patients are fully examined and only necessary radiographs are obtained.
Depending on the complexity of the patient’s condition, they may or may not be given the option to have their first adjustment on the initial visit.
